"Export manager"

Responsibilities:

• Coordinating commercial terms of cooperation with partners.
• Preparation, approval and support of Supply Agreements and Additional Agreements with special conditions.
• Control of compliance with contractual terms by both parties.
• Coordinating the range of delivered products.
• Presentation of existing and new products to partners.
• Supporting the introduction of new SKUs to the partner’s market.
• Coordinating the development of individual product labeling according to the requirements of partners and markets.
• Coordination of labeling layouts with partners and internal divisions of the company.
• Receive orders from partners for the supply of products.
• Coordinating the adjustment of orders with partners taking into account the production schedule and the availability of raw materials and auxiliary materials.
• Control of the execution of orders within the agreed time.
• Control of the timeliness of payment by partners (advance payment, deferred payment).
• Control of the preparation of export documentation in accordance with requirements.
• Prompt resolution of issues arising during customs clearance and acceptance of products at the buyer's warehouse.
• Coordination and control of promotional activities with partners.
• Evaluation of the effectiveness of promotional activities.
• Control of brand representation.
• Issue of Acts of services provided.
• Organization of signing of Acts with partners.
• Control timely payment according to these acts.
• Providing feedback on operational, commercial and organizational requests of partners.
• Resolving disputed and conflict situations within the framework of contractual conditions.

What we expect from the candidate:

• Higher education (economics, management, marketing).
• Experience in a similar position in FMCG from 3-5 years.
• Knowledge of Excel, Power BI, CRM, category management and trade marketing.
• Strong analytical, negotiation and communication skills, result oriented.
