Head of the Product Management and Methodology Department (medical insurance) in ARX, Strahova kompaniya

ARX insurance company is the leader of the Ukrainian insurance market and a representative of the Canadian international insurance group Fairfax Financial Holdings. No. 1 in the CASCO market for 14 years in a row, is looking for a head of product management and methodology division (health insurance) for its team

Main duties ties:

• Develop and implement new insurance products, improve existing
• Independently lead projects (for example: E-medicines, Cancer protection, Medicine without borders, and others). Control the unprofitability of such insurance products.
• Develop technical tasks for the implementation of products in software, test, release them to products.
• Develop documentation for insurance products (contracts, offers, instructions for the implementation of products, presentations, business cases)
• Analyze situations and manage the product portfolio in all sales channels, ?excluding the corporate sales channel

 Basic requirements:

• Experience as a methodologist from 2 years
• Full higher education
• Confident user (MS Office, Libre Office)
• Desire to develop and acquire new knowledge and skills
• Attention to details, flexibility, responsibility, accuracy

Will significantly help:

• Fluency in Ukrainian, English at B1 level (preferred)
• Ability to express one's thoughts in a competent language and explain complex things simply
