Main tasks:

• Market analysis of the functioning of card products, formulation of proposals for their development based on market trends in order to improve the customer experience and optimize payment card processes.

• Formation of business - requirements for the introduction of card products and projects.

• Control over the fulfillment of data integrity and other requirements of payment systems.

• Organization of the product support process by company divisions (contact center, service desk).

• Preparation of information for the training of company employees.

Requirements for the candidate:

• Work experience of 3 years or more in a bank or payment institution.
• Experience implementing services, 

  services and projects with international payment systems.

• Experience of interaction with the processing center regarding the development of card products.
• Knowledge of prules and requirements of international payment systems for card transactions, understanding of modern payment methods.
• Knowledge ofmain trends and directions of development of card products, services and services offered on the market.

Professional skills:

• Maintenance of card projects, including with the Processing Center and payment systems.
• Optimization and improvement of card transactions, improvement of client experience and support processes of card transactions.
• Formation of business requirements for the introduction of card products and processes of supporting their functioning in ABS.
• Development and implementation of changes to payment methods, transaction processing processes and tariffs for card products.
• Analysis and systematization of significant volumes of information for the preparation of reports and presentations.
