Main duties:

• provides organizational management of current production activities of the workshop poultry farming;
• provides conditions for the timely performance of proven tasks;
• implements effective poultry keeping and feeding systems in production;
• performs measures to improve the organization of production, increase the productivity of laying hens, preserve the stock and quality of eggs;
• keeps records and presents established reports on the current and production activities of the shop poultry farming;
• monitors the general condition of poultry, its maintenance, feeding and water supply, the temperature regime and air humidity of production premises;
• ensures the technically correct operation of premises, equipment, mechanisms, implementation of preventive care and repair schedules, ensures safe working conditions;
• takes necessary measures to prevent and eliminate downtime, accidents and breakdowns;
• permanently carries out work from worksworkers of the poultry industry, contributes to the creation of a favorable psychological climate at the poultry farm.

Our ideal candidate:

• higher or vocational education;
• work experience in poultry farming, in production or in the food industry from the 1st year will be an advantage;
• organizational abilities;
• experienced user of office equipment and computers;
• high level of communication.
