Our client is a leading manufacturer of fpv drones for the military. Due to active development, we are looking for a strong HR specialist who will help build a healthy internal culture, support the team and develop people within the company. 400">
We expect:
- 2 years of HR / People Partner experience;
- experience of working with teams from 200+ people will be an advantage;
- deep understanding of full-cycle HR processes;
- experience with HR CRM and datasets;
- experience conducting and analyzing HR surveys;
- conducting and structuring 1:1 with employees;
- working with HR metrics, analytics and data-driven conclusions.
