HEAD OF LABOR PROTECTION DEPARTMENT

Responsibilities:

• Organization of control over compliance in the structural divisions of the enterprise with labor protection legislation and direct control over the functioning of the labor protection system at the enterprise.
• Coordination of operational control of the state of labor protection in the company's divisions, implementation of measures to prevent injuries and damage to the health of employees.
• Control of compliance with regulatory requirements for labor protection of technological processes, means of production and protection. 
• Participation in the work of commissions for the commissioning of production facilities, after reconstruction or technical conversion, control of the preparation of documents of a permissive nature for admission to the territory of the enterprise.
• Conducting briefings, familiarization with operational information, providing methodical assistance.
• Organization and conducting at the enterprise of special training and knowledge testing for employees on labor protection issues, in particular those who perform work with increased danger.
• Implementation of preventive measures to ensure safe and healthy working conditions at the workplace, prevention of industrial injuries and deterioration of health, organization of periodic medical examinations of employees.
• Development and implementation of local regulatory documents, technological documentation related to the operation of the labor protection management system, fire and man-made safety at the enterprise, control over them execution.

Requirements for the candidate:

• higher education in the relevant field of training, educational and qualification level - master (specialist);
• work experience in the field of occupational safety and industrial safety, civil protection, fire and man-made safety for more than 5 years;

• perfect knowledge of the legislative framework in the field of civil protection, fire and man-made safety, the Law of Ukraine "On Labor Protection", relevant provisions of the Labor Code of Ukraine; 
• experience of participating in commissions investigating the conditions and causes of emergency events will be an advantage;
• knowledge of the system of labor safety standards, the system of management of occupational health and safety, methods of assessing industrial risks and working conditions at workplaces, skills in investigating and analyzing the causes and conditions of industrial injuries, occupational diseases and accidents;
• responsibility, systematicity, attention to details, balance, sociability
