Ukrainian charitable foundation announces a competition for the position of Head of the network of regional centers.

Charitable fund is a Ukrainian foundation that grew out of a volunteer initiative in 2015 in Eastern Ukraine. 

Our mission is to inspire and support children, to create conditions for children's voices to be heard , to maintain their stability in war conditions. 

It is important for us that a person shares the values ​​of the foundation: dignity, respect, professionalism, capacity building, independence, love for Ukraine and the desire to invest in it development, ecological communication, initiative, cooperation, honesty, equal treatment of everyone regardless of position, readiness for challenges, systemic thinking. 

Responsibilities

• Coordinating the activities of regional offices: ensuring the effective operation of the fund's offices in the region, monitoring the implementation of planned indicators and the quality of implemented projects. Ensuring the fulfillment of the tasks assigned to the regional center.
• Development of the regional network: finding new opportunities for opening centers, cooperation with local communities and businesses to create inclusive spaces, playgrounds, sensory rooms and hubs for children and adolescents.

• Personnel management: recruitment, training and motivation of employees, evaluation of their performance, organization of training activities.
• Financial control and reporting: managing the budget of the regional branch, preparing financial reports and monitoring the effective use of resources
• Advocacy and representation: representing the interests of the fund at the regional level, participating in activities aimed at protecting children's rights, establishing partnerships with other organizations and state structures.
• Monitoring and evaluation of programs: analysis of the effectiveness of implemented programs and projects, making proposals for their improvement and adaptation to the needs of the region. Analysis and generalization of quantitative and qualitative indicators of the work of specialists of the regional center;
• Ensuring methodical, scientific-practical and educational coordination of the work of specialists of regional centers, with the aim of increasing the general level of professional training of employees who perform tasks and realize the goals of the project .
• Development of programs: initiation and implementation of new projects adapted to the needs of the local community, as well as improvement of existing programs
• Coordination and comonitoring the implementation of planned activities with beneficiaries at the centers;
• Participation during partner visits in field trips, preparation and presentation of statistical data, regarding trends in assistance, issues, solutions and other information.
• Adherence to the mission, values, ethical principles of work and ensuring the principles of information confidentiality.
