Knowledge and skills:

• successful experience of working in a similar position with specific growth indicators and improvement of the main IT support metrics;
• understanding of DBMS basics, experience of building SQL queries;
• experience of supporting web systems and desktop systems;
• experience of analyzing logs, finding possible errors, problems;
• experience in working with HelpDesk / ServiceDesk class ticketing systems;
• ability to work in task systems (TFS/Jira);
• ability to communicate with developers, testers and system administrators;
• experience in optimizing processes and increasing work efficiency
• leadership qualities, logical thinking, ability to learn and intelligence; competent oral and written language
