Customer Success Manager in Everstar

Now we are looking for a Customer Success Manager for our client - one of the largest developers and manufacturers of UAVs for the defense needs of Ukraine.

The team focuses on constantly improving the characteristics of the boards, using new approaches and technologies. Own production facilities allow you to quickly implement changes and ideas.

Future duties:

• Providing advice and assistance to users in working with UAVs.
• Helping the first line of support for complex questions regarding the operation of UAVs by users.
• Helping in testing UAVs and components.
• Participation in presentations, exhibitions with the company's products.
• Traveling to customers and solving problems on the spot.
• Gathering for providing feedback on the use of UAVs and components.

Necessary skills and experience:

• Engineering education ( will be a great advantage).
• Experience of working with the military, volunteers, experience of involvement in volunteer activities.
• Experience of using UAVs, radio electronic devices is an advantage.
• Understanding the technical aspects of UAVs and its structures.
• Skills for working with Google documents.
• Willingness to work in a dynamic environment and quickly adapt to new information.
• Effective communication, flexibility to processes, active approach to work and discipline.
• Opportunity and desire to go on business trips.
