TASKS:

Development of innovative financial products

• Development of new financial instruments and products , which will contribute to sustainable development.
• Market analysis to determine opportunities for implementing innovative financial solutions.
• Cooperation with internal and external partners to develop and test new products.
• Development and implementation of innovative financial products.

Insustainable financing program management

• Program management and projects aimed at supporting sustainable financing.
• Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of programs to ensure the achievement of goals and impact.
• Development and implementation of financing strategies for sustainable projects.

Analytics and research

• Conducting research and analysis of trends in the field of sustainable financing.
• Preparation of reports and recommendations for management based on analytical data.
• Study of global best practices and their adaptation to local conditions.

Cpartnership and partnership

• Establishing and maintaining partnerships with key stakeholders, including financial institutions, government agencies, NGOs and the private sector.
• Organizing joint initiatives and projects with partners to promote sustainable financing.
• Participation in international and national forums, conferences and seminars.

Increasing awareness and training

• Development and implementation of educational programs and seminars to increase awareness of sustainable financing opportunities.
• Preparation of informational materials and resources for supportand educational initiatives.
• Speaking at events aimed at raising awareness of the importance of sustainable financing.

< strong>CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

• Complete higher education (Master's degree) in finance, economics, management or business administration, entrepreneurship or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in the field of finance, particularly in the sustainable finance sector, or a related field.
• Experience in the development and implementation of financial products and innovations.
• In-depth understanding of the principles of sustainable development and CSR.< /li>
• Excellent communication, project management and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• Excellent computer proficiency with MS Office, particularly MS Word and MS Excel. Experience with Kobo Toolbox or alternative software applications.
• Understanding, knowledge and application of the principles of the International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement in their professional activities. 
• Understanding the humanitarian context and social needs in Ukraine.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team.
• Ability to remain calm and professional when working under pressure in order to achieve results.
• Excellent knowledge of the state (Ukrainian) language and strong verbal and written communication skills in English (at least intermediate), as the position requires close cooperation with international partners, donors and a wide range of stakeholders.< /li>
