Responsibilities:

• Manages the activities of the Sector, organizes and coordinates the activities of the Sector's employees.
• Participates in the development of documents that regulate the work of the NC TCHHU on issues that are within the competence of the Sector.
• Takes part in the development of proposals to the management of the TCHHU on issues that are within the competence of the Sector.

• Submits proposals for the consideration of the management of the NC of the TCHU regarding the structure, staffing and number of the Sector, appointment, transfer and dismissal of employees, incentives and disciplinary sanctions in accordance with the requirements determined by the internal documents of the TCHU.
• Determines the functions and job responsibilities of the Sector's employees.
• Ensures the creation of an appropriate psychological climate in the team and the necessary conditions for the performance of functions and job duties.
• Organizes work aimed at improving the professional level of employees to the Sector on issues that are within their competence.
• Cooperates with the heads of external organizations on issues that are within the Sector's competence.
• Introduces forms of control over the performance of the Sector's functions.
• Exercises control over the distribution of functions between employees of the Sector and prevention of conflict of interests.

Additional duties:

• Work with other departments (for example, the department of communications and information support, the department of housing and shelters, the PMER department)
• Performance of other tasks at the request of the head related to the activities of the department

Requirements:

• Availability of higher education (law,international law, management, international relations)
• Post-graduate qualification in the field of project management will be an advantage
• Work experience in public organizations
• Work experience in project activities
• Experience working with international donors
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, databases, e-mail)
• Experience in communication with different categories of people, tact and diplomacy will be a plus
• Developed organizational and executive skills as an advantage
• Ability to work independently and in a team, quick adaptation
• Ability to learn quickly, attentiveness
• Ability to cope with stress and work under time pressure
• Ability to prepare and draw up reports
• Adherence to the principle of confidentiality of information
• The ability to process large amounts of information and competently maintain current documentation will be a plus
• Availability of driver's license and driving experience
• Fluent command of the Ukrainian language
• English - at an intermediate level and above
