Areas of responsibility:
< ul>Creating and implementing an HR strategy in a team that supports the goals and mission of the organization, adapting the organizational structure
Managing the recruiting process and forming a team with a high level of loyalty and compliance with corporate values
Implementation of performance evaluation systems (360/180), performance review
Creation of PDP, training programs for team potential development;
Implementation and management of the benefits program system
Support and development of a corporate culture that promotes the development of leadership potential, creativity and an environment of trust
Coordinating and improving the department's administrative issues and budget
Collaboration with other departments and participation in strategic planning of the organization
Formation of proposals for changes to team work or programs for more effective achievement of goals and institutional development of the organization through constant monitoring and evaluation of performance and market analysis, continuous training of the team, participation in relevant events, etc.
Preference is given to candidates who have:
Management experience in HR
Experience in creating and successfully implementing HR strategies and policies
Understandingof modern HR practices and recruiting processes
Experience in implementing assessment systems and KPI development
Sure knowledge of HR metrics and decision-making based on them
High level of empathy and communication skills
Knowledge of labor law and HR documentation
Knowledge of English not lower than Upper-intermediate
Experience in both commercial and non-commercial sectors would be an advantage
