Head of the Financial Technologies Department/Head of FinTech in Dnipro in ATB-market

We invite to our team a Head of the Financial Technologies Department.

Requirements:

• Higher education in the field of finance, economics, information technology or engineering.
• Experience in the field of financial technologies for at least 5 years.
• Experience in leading projects and teams, successful implementation of technological solutions in the financial sphere.
• Experience in working with technological platforms, payment systems, as well as development and implementation of new financial products.
• Knowledge in the field of big data analysis, its processing and use to improve business processes;
• Knowledge of global trends and market knowledge in the field of financial technologies;
• Knowledge of legislation regulating financial technologies (regulations in the field of data protection, financial services);
• Knowledge in the field of AI/ML.

Main tasks:

• Analysis of business needs in the field of financial technologies and development of solutions.
• Evaluation of the effectiveness of current technological solutions.
• Control and optimization of costs for the implementation and support of technology .
• Monitoring changes in the legislative framework regarding financial technologies.
• Management and development of digital loyalty programs.
