Requirements:

• Higher education in the field of finance, economics, information technology or engineering.
• Work experience in the field of financial technologies for at least 5 years.< /li>
• Experience of managing projects and teams, successful implementation of technological solutions in the financial sphere.
• Experience of working with technological platforms, payment systems, as well as the development and implementation of new financial products.
• Knowledge in the field of big data analysis, its processing and use to improve business processes;
• Knowledge of global trends and market knowledge in the field of financial technologies ;
• Knowledge of legislation regulating financial technologies (regulations in the field of data protection, financial services);
• Knowledge in the field AI/ML.

Main tasks:

• Analysis of business needs in the field of financial technologies and development of solutions.
• Evaluation of the effectiveness of current technological solutions.
• Control and optimization of costs for the implementation and support of technology .
• Monitoring changes in the legislative framework regarding financial technologies.
• Management and development of digital loyalty programs.
