DILA Medical Laboratory invites for the position of Head of the Financial Department

• Strategic planning: Development and implementation of financial strategies that are in line with the company's goals and strategy.
• Financial control: Control over the implementation of financial plans, including the budget of income and expenses.
• Reporting and analysis: Preparation and submission of financial statements for internal and external use.
• Evaluation of performance: Analysis of financial results, finding ways to increase and decrease efficiency expenses.
• Team management: Management of a team of financial analysts, their training and development.
• Information support: Providing budget owners with the necessary financial information for effective resource management.

Requirements:

• Education:
  • Higher education in finance, economics, accounting or business administration.
  • Additional certifications or courses (eg CFA, ACCA, CIMA) is an advantage.
• Work experience:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the financial sector, in particular in management positions positions.
  • Experience in planning, budgeting, financial analysis and management reporting.
  • Experience in managing a team of analysts.
• Skills and knowledge:
  • In-depth knowledge in the field of financial analysis and planning, budgeting, management reporting.
  • Ability to work with financial programs and systems (for example, 1C, SAP, Excel at a high level).
  • Analytical thinking, ability to find effective solutions based on financial data.
  • High level of communication skills, ability to work with various stakeholders.
