Weare looking for an accountantwho will work as part of a team< strong> of internal finances.

Your future role will consist of:

• checking the availability, completeness and correctness of primary documents for services received from suppliers-FOP (contracts, acts of services provided, invoices);
• timely execution of acts of services provided by suppliers-FOP in the SAP accounting system;
• reconciliation of payments with suppliers;

• communication with suppliers-FOP;
• checking advance reports regarding the correctness of the registration and completeness of the provided primary documents;
• conducting advance reports in SAP;
• making a bank statement in SAP on corporate cards;
• creating a payment voucher to compensate employees for expenses and to pay an advance for a business trip;
• charging additional taxes in SAP in case of additional income for the employee;
• clearing of documents in SAP;
• consulting employees on issues of advance reports and reporting.

What is important to us:

• higher education in accounting/economics/finance;
• 2 years of experience as an accountant;
• knowledge of the MS Office package (Excel, Outlook, Word), SAP (preferred), MeDoc/ Timely;
• basic level of English language;
• attention to details, responsibility, diligence, willingness to learn;
• result orientation, ability to work in a team.
