Head of the electronics division in Consult Business Partner

A company working in the manufacturing sector is looking for an experienced head of the electronics division to join its team, who is able to lead a team of developers and engineers responsible for the creation, implementation and improvement of electronic systems and products.

Main duties:

- Development and implementation of the development strategy of the electronics division.

- Design, development, testing, launch, debugging of electronic software. 

- Supervision of the department's technical documentation. 

- Management of the full cycle of development of electronic products: from concept to implementation in production.

- Management of a team of engineers and developers, assignment of tasks and control of execution.

- Assessment of the technical feasibility of implementing new projects and solutions.

- Ensuring that developments meet the requirements of customers, regulatory standards and quality.

- Coordination of interdisciplinary cooperation with other departments (programming, mechanics, production).

- Conducting negotiations with partners and suppliers of components, equipment.

Requirements:

- Higher technical education (electronics , electrical engineering, engineering or related specialties).

- 5 years of experience in management positions in the field of electronics development and production.

- In-depth knowledge of the principles of electronic engineering, technological processes and methods design.

- Experience of successfully launching serial production of electronic components or systems.

- Ability to work with project documentation, standardization and certification.

- Leadership qualities, experience team management and organizational skills.

- High level of responsibility and ability to make strategic decisions.

- Knowledge of English at the Upper Intermediate level or higher.
