Main responsibilities:
- Manage the activities of the software development department, including planning, organization and control of work processes. - Development and implementation of software development strategy taking into account business needs.
- Impact of the IT direction on the course of the company as a whole. Management of employees of the department.
- Control of IT processes - direction.
- Formation of ideas and implementation of innovations.
- Ensuring the timely development, testing and implementation of new products and solutions.
- Defining technical requirements and coordinating the work of a team of developers, testers and analysts.
- Management budget of the department and optimization of costs for the development and implementation of IT solutions.
- Control of compliance with software quality and security standards.
- Interaction with other departments to coordinate business requirements and IT - solutions.
- Management of the process of selection and implementation of new technologies and approaches in development.
- Management of Agile/Scrum processes for effective implementation of projects.
- Support and development of professional growth of team members.
Requirements:
- Higher education in the field of information technologies, computer science or related specialties.
- 5 years of experience in management positions in software development.
- Deep understanding of software development processes, from requirements analysis to support of final solutions.
- Experience working with modern technologies and programming languages (for example, Java, Python, C#, JavaScript, etc.).
- Practical experience in managing projects using Agile/Scrum methodologies .
- Ability to organize and coordinate team work, to solve technical and organizational issues.
- High leadership qualities, ability for strategic planning and decision-making.
- Knowledge of the English language at Upper Intermediate level or higher.
