• Work experience from 4- x years (at positions?Team leader of design teams/studios, Creative director,?Art director in design studios/creative agencies)
• Skills for working with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Figma
• li>Experience in creating RK and successful pitches, ?own illustration style
• Experience in creating your own design team, ?creative approach to projects
• Successful cases of developing a visual brand language?.

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Independent development of branding and advertising campaign concepts?< /li>
• Preparation of briefs and control of the performance of tasks by design teams?
• Development of polygraphic and web layouts?
• Control and verification of adaptive design?
• Participation in working groups and debriefs of outsourced commands.
