Key tasks:
- Formation and implementation of the strategy of personnel and competences
- Building a system of training, onboarding and development
- Implementation of performance evaluation systems (Performance Review, 180/360, 1:1)
- Development of personnel reserve and mentoring programs
- LMS management and implementation of modern training formats
- Analytics of training effectiveness and impact on business indicators
