• Knowledge of legislation regulating the calculation, accrual and accounting of wages, other types of settlements with employees, taxes and contributions;
• Knowledge of personnel document management;
• A confident user of office programs, 1C, MS Office;
• Responsibility, attention to detail, developed communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Planning of the payroll (Annual business plan, monthly FOP), monitoring of deviations according to planned and actual indicators;
• Performance of a set of works on improving the organization and standardization of work;
• Preparation of analytical and statistical information on wages and the number of personnel in cut positions, professions;
• Control and improvement of the current systems of remuneration and staff motivation;
• Updating the organizational structure of the enterprise;
• Organization and provision of staff performance evaluations.< /li>
• Ensuring and controlling the development of regulations on the structural subdivisions of the enterprise, job and work instructions;
• Maintenance of timesheets for actual hours worked by employees at workplaces and calculation of wages, accounting for absences, consolidation of vacation schedules, monitoring of the execution of vacation schedules, issuance of vacation orders;
• Providing consultations and methodical assistance in solving issues of organization and remuneration;
• Control of compliance at the enterprise with the current labor legislation and internal labor regulations;
