We invite a senior personnel inspector to join the team.

Office Location:General Yunakiv St., 10

Work schedule: Mon-Fri (09:30-18:00)

Your duties will include:

• organization and management of personnel records;

• formation of personal files of employees;

• maintenance of labor books in accordance with the Labor Code of Ukraine;

• registration of admission / transfer / dismissal / leave;

• issuance of employee sick leaves;

• issuance of necessary documents (certificates) to employees upon request;

• making changes to the staff list;

• participation in the development of internal regulations;

• keeping military records in accordance with regulatory requirements;

• cooperation with state bodies on personnel and military accounting issues;

• document archiving;

• preparation of reports to state bodies (statistics, notification of admission to the tax office, employment center, etc.)

If you have these skills, then we are definitely the right team for you:

• 2 years of experience in a similar position;

• knowledge of the Labor Code of Ukraine (tracking changes in legislation);

• confident PC user (1C, Excel);

• ability to work in a team, high level of communication skills, organization, principles, attention to details;

• knowledge of current labor legislation and military accounting legislation.
