Obligations that apply to alljob categories

1. Actively work to achieve the goals of the Red Cross Society of Ukraine (RCHU).
2. Adhere to the principles of the Red Cross movement and work in accordance with them.
3. Perform any other work-related tasks and duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Requirements:

• Higher education in the field of personnel management, law, business administration or related fields.
• Experience in recruitment for at least 3 years.
• In-depth understanding of labor legislation, processing and archiving of personnel documentation.
• High written and verbal communication skills, ability to interact with different people.
• Ability to organize your work and manage multi-tasking tasks.
• Strict adherence to the confidentiality of personal data of employees.
• Ability to analyze documents and information to make informed decisions.

Proficiency in English at the B1- B2 level.
