- Adhere to the principles of the Red Cross movement and work in accordance with them.
- Perform any other work-related tasks and duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
Requirements:
- Higher education in the field of personnel management, law, business administration or related fields.
- Experience in recruitment for at least 3 years.
- In-depth understanding of labor legislation, processing and archiving of personnel documentation.
- High written and verbal communication skills, ability to interact with different people.
- Ability to organize your work and manage multi-tasking tasks.
- Strict adherence to the confidentiality of personal data of employees.
- Ability to analyze documents and information to make informed decisions.
