Main duties:

• assist in the search and selection of candidates for logistics and administrative positions;

• posting vacancies on websites and social media networks;

• initial communication with candidates (phone calls, correspondence, recording interviews);

• maintaining a candidate database, updating statuses in the system;

• interacting with the HR manager and heads of departments to clarify requirements for candidates;

• participating in the formation of a positive image of the company as employer.
