Head of the supermarket chain's own production department in Domashenko M., FOP

Our partner is a modern national retail chain that is actively developing its own production and food service lines. Due to business scaling, it is inviting a Head of its own production line to its team.

Location: Kyiv, Livy Bereg

Responsibilities:

• Formation and implementation of the direction development strategy (Pice station, Dopik, FTG, Own production, Kavopoint)

• Planning, control and ensuring the implementation of financial indicators (turnover, margin, costs, P&L)

• Development and implementation of assortment, price and promotional policies

• Building an effective system of partnership interaction with suppliers, conducting negotiations and coordinating commercial conditions

• Organization of effective interaction between the commercial unit and production

• Control of operational efficiency, minimization of commercial losses and markdowns

• Strategic scaling of directions and launch of new formats

Requirements:

• Full higher education (economics, management, food technologies)

• Experience of managing the direction of own production / cooking / bakery in retail - from 2 years

• Experience of working in the field of FMCG

• Experience of category and assortment matrix management, budget formation and control, P&L analysis

• Proficient in Excel (pivotal tables, analytics), experience with BI-tools

• Experience in negotiations and agreement of contractual and financial conditions

• Skills to control commercial losses, marginality and efficiency of projects

• Analytical thinking, systematic, strategic approach and result orientation
