Right now we are looking for a Head of Departmentemployee rewards and motivation
Main duties:
- Organization and management of the work of the department
- Development and implementation of KPI and bonus systems for company employees, analysis of their effectiveness
- Management of the job grading project and calculation of incentives according to the grade
- Update and development of internal regulations, instructions and policies in the field of remuneration, benefits and motivation
- Interaction with heads of departments in matters of remuneration, bonus and incentive programs
- Participation in activities aimed at automating evaluation processes staff
- Evaluation of employee performance
- Communications regarding the organization of performance management processes
- Control over the formation of analytical, regular reporting using Excel tools, visualization of PowerPoint data and reporting support
- Formation of recommendations aimed at optimizing the performance management process
The successful candidate meets the following requirements:
- Higher education (mathematics, cybernetics, economics, finance, etc.)
- Work experience in the direction of HR from 3 years in the position of a specialist in compensation and benefits, rewards and motivation of personnel, in particular with work experience in motivation calculations Personnel KPIs, of which at least 1 year in a managerial position
- Deep understanding of the principles of remuneration, grading, KPI, motivation and reward systems
- Proficiency in Excel at an advanced level (pivotal tables, formulas, analytics)
- Initiative, strategic thinking, attention to details and results orientation
- Attention attention to detail, learning ability, experience working with big data
- Ability to find insights, cause and effect relationships, experience working with stakeholders and teams
- Data analysis skills and ability to formulate recommendations based on results
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
Will be a plus:
- Experience of working in large system companies
- Employee motivation system support
- Willingness to learn quickly
- High communication skills
- Working with macros and Power BI is desirable but not necessary
- Creative approach to data visualization
