"Head Office of the National Social Service Service in Dnipropetrovsk Oblast" is looking for a head of the Department of State Control of Compliance with Equality Standards in the city of Dnipro.

Job duties:

1. Ensuring state supervision (control), monitoring, methodical, educational and analytical work on the prevention and counteraction of domestic violence, gender-based violence, human trafficking, ensuring equal rights and opportunities for women and men. promoting the development of volunteer activities in compliance with the requirements of the law;

2. Provides general management and coordination of the Department's work, work planning, distribution of responsibilities among employees, control of their performance of their tasks;

3. Organizes work on supervision (control) and monitoring of the activities of general and specialized support services for victims, other establishments and institutions that provide assistance to victims of domestic violence, gender-based violence;

4. Ensures control over the collection, analysis and dissemination, in accordance with the law, of information on domestic violence, gender-based violence, provides proposals to the manager on improving indicators in the forms of state statistical reporting on the prevention and counteraction of domestic violence;

5. Provides methodical and practical assistance to entities implementing measures in the field of prevention and counteraction of domestic violence, gender-based violence;

6. Coordinates and carries out supervision (control) and monitoring of the activities of social service centers for families, children and youth, social service centers, centers for socio-psychological rehabilitation of children and shelters for children in order to provide psychological assistance and ensure rehabilitation, including other facilities and institutions that provide assistance to victims of human trafficking;

7. Organizes measures to eliminate prerequisites for human trafficking; Ensures supervision (control) and monitoring of compliance with gender equality during the resolution of personnel issues in local executive bodies within the limits of the powers provided for by law.

8. Business trips within the region.

1. Higher education, not lower than bachelor's degree.

2. Work experience in public service positions of category "B" or "B" or experience of service in local self-government bodies, or experience of work in the public service of 2 years or more.

3. Proficiency in the state language Fluency in the state language.
