We are looking for a Head of the Credit Card Development Department:

• Leads a team of business analysts: assignment of tasks, mentoring, competence development, goal setting and performance evaluation
• Ensures effective interaction between the product team, IT departments, by customers and external stakeholders during the implementation of changes in credit card products
• Plans and coordinates the implementation of new functionality in the Bank's IT systems and related business processes, including the assessment of resources and possible deadlines
• Organizes the development of business requirements, functional specifications and technical documentation, ensures their quality, completeness and compliance with product goals
• Coordinates the support and development of the existing functionality of credit card products, including information technology support of business units
• Participates in the formation and prioritization of the credit card product strategy and roadmap, ensures the implementation of key initiatives
• Monitors compliance with regulatory changes, internal policies, risk management and information security rules
• Organizes team participation in testing (UAT), ensures the compliance of implemented solutions with agreed requirements
• Coordinates the resolution of incidents and critical situations in the work of product functionality

We are looking for a specialist who has:

• Full higher education
• Experience of 4 years in the fields of business analysis, development of financial products or change management in a bank / fintech;
• At least 1 year of team management experience, including goal setting, load sharing, 1:1 and performance evaluation. Experience in managing distributed teams will be an advantage;
• Knowledge of processes and regulations for operations with accounts, cards and credit lines;
• SQL proficiency at the level of building queries for data analysis, testing hypotheses, testing changes;
• Practical experience in business analysis: modeling processes, describing business requirements, writing technical tasks, preparing functional and non-functional specifications;
• Experience in testing changes in IT systems: planning, development of scenarios and test cases, definition of acceptance criteria, participation in UAT;
• Experience in working with credit products / creditdocuments, understanding the processes and regulations of transactions with accounts and cards;
• Understanding of E2E lending processes (loan granting, service, debt collection, sale/write-off of non-performing loans);
• Practical experience working in Agile/Scrum;
• Understanding of SDLC;
• Proficiency in English at least at the Intermediate level; Additional requirements: experience with Jira, Confluence, M365 (SharePoint, Loop, Planner); 
• knowledge of the rules and principles of operation of the MasterCard payment system; 
• experience working with SAP; 
• knowledge of the BPMN 2.0 standard
