Support manager L1 in VCHASNO GROUP

Timely - digital services for business. We are changing the approach to working with documents: from long hours to a few clicks in a mobile application.

Vchasno services are used by more than 1,000,000 Ukrainian companies (among them: Nova Poshta, Glovo, Uber, Bolt, Portmone, OLX, Delivery, Rozetka, Silpo, Monobank, Kyivhlib and many others).

Most often, the support team helps users with questions related to services - Timely.EDO, Timely.EDI, Timely.Checkout and On time.KEP.

You will join us as a Junior and we will provide you with everything you need - support, learning resources and development opportunities. With us, you will be able to gradually grow to the level of Middle/Senior specialist and beyond, both horizontally and vertically.

What is important for this role:

• excellent knowledge of the Ukrainian language (oral and in writing);
• experience in telephone customer support (incoming line) will be an advantage;
• sincere desire to help every client;
• communicative and open, love for constant communication;
• willingness to understand the client's problem/question and help in its quick and high-quality solution;
• high level of computer knowledge levels;
• desire to develop in the field of e-commerce and IT technologies.

Tasks:

• assist customers in solving any service issues (first line of support) — both in telephone mode (80-90% of working time) and in correspondence, as well as communication in instant messengers and connecting via TeamViewer to the client as needed;
• primary and detailed assistance with registration in services, in onboarding services, in creating checks and KEPchiks, in working with primary documents and orders etc.;
• consulting clients on the reason for using services on time;
• collecting feedback from clients and passing it on to the development team with the aim of finalizing and improving the product.

Work schedule: Monday-Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (or in shifts from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.); once a month - shift on Saturday or Sunday (from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.) with the possibility of taking a day off on a weekday.
