What needs to be done:

• Attracting customers of the large segment (annual revenue of 1.5 billion) for service in Bank;
• Support of portfolio clients for the entire range of banking operations and services, including solutions to problematic and controversial issues related to banking services;
• Structuring of agreements for conducting active customer transactions;
• Maintaining the loyalty of existing bank clients.

This will require:

• higher economic/legal education; work experience in the direction of attracting corporate business clients;
• understanding the needs of corporate clients of the large segment; skills in analyzing financial statements of clients;
• brilliant communication skills; the ability to conduct effective negotiations.
