Tech Support Engineer (L2, Miltech) in MOODRO

We are looking for a L2 level Support Engineer who wants to workin a Miltech product with a real combat application.

This is a role for a technical specialist who is interested in understanding complex technical problems, getting to the root cause, working at the interface of hardware + software, and seeing the direct result of your work - systems work stably at the front.

engage in:

• disassemble and close complex technical cases that cannot be resolved at the L1 level
• diagnose problems at the level of the device, OS, services, network
• work with escalations without "ping-ponging" between teams
• help L1: explain the causes of problems and correct scenarios solutions
• transfer technical findings to R&D so that problems do not recur
• participate in testing solutions before releases or transfer to the client

What result we expect from you:

• complicated cases are closed quickly and within the SLA
• repetitive appeals are minimized because the problem is solved essentially, not "temporarily"
• diagnosis is consistently accurate, without unnecessary escalations
• R&D receives clear and high-quality technical feedback

What is critically important for us

• the ability to deeply understand the technical logic of the product (hardware + software)
• systematic approach to diagnosis and root cause of problems
• experience working with complex or atypical support cases
• confident work with Jira (status, priorities, SLA)
• basic but confident knowledge of Linux: logs, services, basic network diagnostics
• clear technical communication with L1 and R&D
• responsibility for the result of the case, not just for the answer to the client

It will be an additional advantage:

• experience in working with hardware products or embedded solutions
• participation in creating or updating instructions / knowledge base
• ability to see system problems, not just individual ones incidents
