Requirements for the candidate:

• Higher education (engineering and technical: construction, architecture, design);
• Work experience in a similar position from 5 years old;
• Fluent reading of working drawings, project documentation;
• Knowledge of technological processes of construction, modern technologies, materials, ability to calculate volumes;
• Knowledge of security requirements labor and safety technology;
• Confident PC user;
• Working with contracting and project organizations, checking contracts, KB-2c, KB-3 forms;

Personal qualities:

• Resistance to stress and leadership skills, motivation, ability to create a friendly atmosphere in the work team.

< strong>Functional responsibilities:

• Control and coordination of construction and installation work: control of compliance with building regulations and deadlines for construction and installation work;
• Formation technical tasks;
• Development, control and coordination of work plans and schedules, supply of materials to construction sites;
• Control of compliance with the requirements of current regulatory documentation;
• Control of employees' compliance with technological, production and labor discipline, rules and regulations of labor protection.
