Manager of projects and programs for automation of micro, small and medium-sized business processes in Oschadbank

• formation of business requirements for the software for automating banking processes, testing the implemented functionality of the software;  
• management of projects from the side of the business unit (planning and organization of work, control and analysis of project progress);
• optimization of business processes (interviews with "owners" of processes, description of processes "as is" and "should be", implementation of solutions in the Bank's system);
• writing user instructions and other internal regulatory documents to ensure project implementation.

This position requires:

• higher education ( technical education will have a higher priority);
• understanding of the Bank's IT architecture and principles of system interaction; 
• experience in developing IT solutions to optimize existing processes (experience in micro, small and medium-sized businesses or corporate business will have a higher priority);
• skills of describing existing and new business processes (small, medium and corporate business).
