Requirements:

1. Education and experience
• Higher technical education (construction, industrial and civil construction, energy, electromechanics).
• Work experience from 7 years in construction, of which at least 5 years in management positions (director, construction manager, chief project engineer).
• Mandatory experience in implementing energy or industrial facilities from scratch to commissioning.
• Experience of working in a general contracting organization.

2. Professional knowledge

• Deep understanding of construction processes, sequence of works.
• Knowledge of building codes, standards and regulatory requirements.
• Experience in managing large budgets and several projects simultaneously.
• Experience of interaction with state and regulatory bodies

3. Management competencies

• Strong management and leadership skills.
• Ability to make strategic decisions and bear responsibility for the result.
• High level of system thinking.
• Ability to work under high workload and multitask.

Working conditions:

• Official employment with reservation, 24 calendar days of vacation, paid sick leave, etc. The trial period is 2 months.

Responsibilities:

1. Management of all construction projects of the company.
• General management of all construction projects of the company.
• Formation and implementation of a strategy for the construction of energy and industrial facilities from scratch to commissioning.
• Ensuring the implementation of projects on time, within the approved budget and with compliance with quality.

2. Management of the team and structures

• Building and managing a team of project leaders/managers.
• Distribution of areas of responsibility between the Republic of Moldova and control of their results.
• Implementation of uniform standards of construction project management.

3. Designing and construction preparation

• Coordination of design stages.
• Control of development and approval of design and estimate documentation.
• Ensuring obtaining permits, examinations, technical conditions.

4. Contractors and contracts

• Selection and management of contractors and suppliers.
• Control of fulfillment of contractual obligations.
• Conducting key negotiations regarding terms, cost, scope and responsibility.

5. Support and contthe role of construction sites

• Control of work on the construction site according to approved schedules and plans.
• Coordinating the work of construction site managers, project teams and contractors on site.
• Monitoring the progress of work, prompt elimination of problems and delays.
• Organization and control of execution of technical tasks, specifications and documentation at the facility.

6. Quality, time and budget control

• Control of compliance with DBN, DSTU, technical standards and regulatory requirements.
• Risk management, resolution of crisis and controversial situations.
• Quality control of construction and installation works and equipment.
• Control and optimization of the construction budget.

7. Commissioning

• Organization of facilities preparation for commissioning.
• Interaction with control and certification bodies.
• Ensuring the transfer of objects into operation.

8. Reporting and strategy

• Regular management reporting to management.
• Analysis of the effectiveness of implemented projects.
• Participation in the formation of the company's long-term investment and construction strategy.
• Implementation of modern technological solutions to increase the efficiency of projects.
