The Blyzenko chain of stores is a dynamic company that is rapidly developing in the food retail market. We invite to our team an experienced Head of the VI Analytics Group who is ready to grow with us and contribute to the achievement of ambitious business goals.

Main responsibilities:

• BI project management: from gathering requirements to implementing solutions
• Analysis of business needs and formulation of technical tasks
• Design, development and support of data models
• Development and optimization of dashboards and analytical reports
• Quality control of data and analytics
• Development of team expertise and support knowledge base

Requirements:

• Higher education (mathematics, statistics, IT, economics)
• Experience in BI/data analytics 2+ years
• Proficient in Power BI (Dax,Power Query)
• In-depth knowledge of Date Model (star/snowflake schemas)
• Knowledge of SQL and experience with relational databases
• Understanding of ETL processes and data architecture
• Analytical thinking, attention to detail, communication and leadership skills
