Analyst on efficiency analysis and optimization of processes in PrivatBank

We are looking for a Analyst for performance analysis and process optimization who is eager to work in a dynamic environment and shares the values of mutual trust, openness and initiative.

We seek to find a goal-oriented professional who is able to work in a multitasking mode, with excellent communication skills, focused on quality and results.

Basic responsibilities:

• Development of technical tasks (TOR) for procurement processes
• Expertise and consulting of the IT team
• Acceptance testing (UAT) on finalization
• Analysis of procurement processes, proposals for automation and optimization of the procurement process Bank
• Preparation and analysis of data for statistical, financial, management reporting
• Creation and maintenance of escalations, dashboards and widgets

Basic requirements:

• Higher education (economics, economic cybernetics, banking, applied mathematics, system analysis, information systems and technologies)
• 1+ year of work experience in the specialty of an analyst
• Experience in the preparation of technical tasks
• Experience in the preparation of technical tasks, understanding of the process approach
• Experience in working with a large array data
• Skills for working in Excel
• Understanding the process approach to a technical task
• Understanding the life cycle of software development
• Fluency in the Ukrainian language (including business language)
