For our client, a group of companies that includes construction business, production and other projects, we are looking for a Head of the Analytics Department (with reservation) in Ivano-Frankivsk.
Needed skills:
Experience in a managerial position in the field of analytics from 3 years.
Deep understanding of the principles of business analysis, financial analysis, supply analytics and marketing analytics.
Experience in construction and/or manufacturing will be an advantage.
Ability to work with large volumes of data, systematize and present analytical conclusions.
Proficiency in analytical tools: Excel (advanced level), Power BI, Google Data Studio or other BI systems.
Experience in team management (9 analysts of various profiles in the team).
Excellent communication, project management, planning and delegation skills.
Systemic thinking, attention to details, results-oriented.
Higher education (economics, analytics, management, finance or related fields).
Responsibilities:
Management of the analytics department, coordination and team development (9 analysts).
Formation of the company's analytical strategy, implementation of standards and processes in the work of the department.
Quality control, timeliness and accuracy of preparation of analytical reports for internal clients.
Ensuring business support (construction, production and other directions) in analytical requests.
Definition of key performance indicators (KPI) and control according to their implementation.
Collaboration with managers of other departments to improve processes and make decisions based on data.
Development and training of team analysts, conducting reviews, setting goals.
Implementation of new tools and approaches to analytics.
Monitoring the completion of tasks on time, according to priorities business.
