Tasks for the position:
1. Management of sales analytics:
- organization of systematic analysis of sales by channels, markets, customers and product categories
- analysis of sales dynamics, factors of growth or decline in sales volume
- identification of opportunities for sales development and preparation of relevant recommendations for commercial divisions
2. Management of the pricing system:
- development and implementation of approaches to the formation of the company's pricing policy
- analysis of the competitive environment and market prices
- control of the formation of price lists, promotional offers and individual pricing conditions for key customers
- assessment of the impact of pricing decisions on the margin and sales volume
3. Support of commercial divisions:
- providing sales departments with analytical information for working with clients
- participating in the formation of commercial offers, tender prices and marketing activities
- preparing analytics for the development of new markets and sales channels.
4. Management of the information content of the b2b portal in Ukraine:
- initiation and participation in the development, control of the implementation of optimization solutionsof functional b2b, integration processes
- formation of requirements for functionality and processes for b2b
- ensuring the correctness of information on the b2b-portal
- control of the correctness of IFS-b2b integration processes
5. Analysis of business profitability:
- analysis of the marginality of products, product categories, customers and sales channels.
- identification of low-profit products or customers.
- preparation of recommendations for optimizing the assortment, prices and commercial conditions
6. Assortment and balance management:
- analysis of turnover of goods and warehouse balances
- identification of illiquid products and preparation of proposals for their sale
- participation in decision-making regarding the introduction of new products or withdrawal of goods from the assortment
7. Development of the analytics function:
- development of analytical models for forecasting sales and profitability.
- preparation of analytical conclusions and recommendations for business development
- automation of analytical reporting and implementation of BI tools
- management of a team of analysts and development of their competencies
