Now we are looking for a Head of Analytics - a person who turns numbers into solutions and data into real business results. You will become a key partner of the operations director and a driver of the development of the company's analytical function.

The main responsibilities will be:

Analysis of trade activity and financial efficiency:

• Development of a reporting system and key metrics for making management decisions;

• Formation of regular reports on store indicators (sales, traffic, average check, conversion etc.);

• Formation and analysis of P&L of stores, cost and margin control;

• Conducting factor analysis of sales deviations, margin and profitability;

• Preparation of analytical notes with recommendations for increasing sales and profitability.

Business analysis and strategic development support networks:

• Preparation of analytics for strategic decisions regarding network development;

• Modeling of development scenarios (best / base / worst case);

• Calculation of business cases, ROI and payback periods of projects;

• Analytical support for opening new stores, relocations, reforms;

• Building seasonal sales models and KPI planning of retail outlets.

Automation and development of BI:

• Formation of requirements for automation of reporting in BI systems (Power BI / Tableau);

• Optimization of existing reports and data collection processes;

• Implementation of reporting standards and improvement of data quality;

• Participation in projects digitalization.

Development of analytical culture and function management:

• Organization of the work of the analytics department;

• Prioritization of business requests in accordance with the strategic goals of the company;

• Mentoring and development of the analyst;

• Consultative support of the operations department;

• Formation of the annual development plan for the analytical function;

• Interaction with IT, finance, marketing and other departments.

What we expect from you:

• Experience in business or financial analytics in retail;

• Deep understanding of P&L, margin, factor analysis;

• Experience in building reporting systems and working with BI tools;

• Strategic thinking and the ability to see the big picture;

• Ability to reasonedly defend your position at the management level;
