Join our team as a Head of Analytics

Main tasks:

• Formation and implementation of the company's analytical strategy;
• Formation and management of the analytics department, ensuring effective work and team development;
• Determining priorities in the development of analytical products and tools;
• Building a regular reporting system for of top management and heads of departments and units;
• Implementation of modern analysis methods (AI/ML, predictive analytics, cohort analysis);
• Implementation of Big Data and Machine Learning tools for forecasting;
• Data quality management (data governance, data stewardship);
• Implementation of project management processes (Agile, Scrum, Kanban or Waterfall);
• Analysis business indicators (GMV, P&L, ROMI, CAC, LTV, GMROI, NPS, churn rate, etc.);
• Identification of trends, opportunities and risks for business;
• Preparation of materials for supervisory boards and external partners;
• Participation in strategic sessions, preparation of analytical forecasts;
• Participation in selection and implementation corporate systems (ERP, CRM, DMP, CDP).

Main requirements:

• BI management experience in large companies (retail, e-commerce, production, distribution or financial sector);
• Understanding corporate indicators (GMROI, ROMI, GMV,LTV);
• Experience in team formation and development (analytics, BI, Data Science);
• Practical experience in implementing analytical platforms;
• Excellent communication skills and presentation of top management results;
• System and strategic thinking;
• Orientation on the result.
