Business Process & Automation Analyst

Purpose of the position

Ensuring the achievement of the Company's strategic goals and increasing operational and business efficiency by optimizing and automating business processes.

About the role

We are looking for a colleague to join the process management and corporate efficiency team, who will be responsible for the support and development of the methodology and tools for the reconciliation and implementation of the Company's initiatives.

The role combines business analyst expertise (working with data, metrics, efficiency) and technical understanding of automation and AI tools.

Main tasks

• Analysis of process and business metrics, identifying trends and potential for improvements using Process Mining, Task Mining, Power BI.
• Configuration and support of tools Microsoft Process Mining, Power Automate or similar.
• Preparation of technical requirements for RPA / Power Automate / API-integrations.
• Analysis of new tools: study of functionality, comparison of solutions, definition of limitations.
• Initiation and development of business process optimization proposals in cooperation with stakeholders.
• Methodological support of internal customers, provision of practical recommendations to users.
• Managing the implementation of changes and optimizations together with business customer teams.

Our ideal candidate

• Has a higher education (technical, economic or in the field of management).
• Understands the principles of building business processes and algorithms.
• Speaks English at the level of Upper-Intermediate or higher.
• Has strong analytical, communication and presentation skills.
• Able to think critically and negotiate.
• Knows BPMN and process description approaches.
• Works with data: SQL / Excel / Power BI / Google Sheets (or similar).
• Has an understanding of the principles of LLM and application of AI in business processes.
• Has experience or willingness to work with AI-assistants and AI functionality in products. Has basic knowledge of integrations and automations (Jira, Power Automate or similar). Able to prepare documentation: business requirements, process maps. development.

Will be an added advantage

• Experience in the roles of Business Analyst / Process Owner / Project Manager or related.
• Development experience (any language at the level of understanding logic and writing small scripts).
• Skills in writing technical requirements for automation tools and participating in tenders.
• Experience engineering for business tasks.
• Working with Microsoft AI Builder.
• Participation in creating or customizing small AI-models / bots for internal processes.
