Head of the shop in Interpipe / INTERPAYP

We are looking for a shop manager, an experienced person who can maintain high production standards and help the team achieve ambitious results.

What you will do:

• Manage the production processes of the workshop, ensuring their continuity, quality and safety.
• Control the execution of planned tasks, organize shift work and interact with other divisions.
• Implement technological innovations and standards that increase production efficiency.
• Keep records and analysis of production indicators, prepare reports and proposals for optimization.
• Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations at your own level.
• Maintain a friendly and professional climate in the team, motivate the team to achieve better results.

Who we are looking for:

• A person with a higher education (technical or production).
• With experience of working in management positions in production for at least 5 years, preferably in the metallurgical or related field.
• Who knows how to plan, organize and control the work of a team.
• Responsible, communicative, with leadership qualities and willingness to accept complex solutions.
• Which cares about labor safety and compliance with production standards.
