We are looking for a deputy production manager who will strengthen the management team and help ensure stable and efficient production.
Purpose of the position:
Ensuring smooth, safe and cost-effective production operation, execution of the production plan in the established terms with the required quality and optimal costs.
Key tasks
- Implementation of the approved production plan in terms of volumes and deadlines
- Setting up and optimization of production processes
- Organization of efficient work of departments and shifts
- Control of the use of raw materials, materials, equipment and working time
- Development of production discipline and personnel competencies
Functional responsibilities
- Planning and organizing the work of production sites and shifts
- Distribution of production tasks and control of resources
- Ensuring startup, shutdown and optimal loading equipment
- Prompt response to production stoppages and minimization of downtime
- Management of department heads and shift foremen
- Formation of work schedules and shifts
- Conducting operational meetings and analysis of results
- Control of compliance with technologies, recipes and quality standards
- Control and planning of purchases of main raw materials and additional materials
- Participation in the launch of new products and technology changes
- Responding to complaints and defects
- Control of production accounting, documentation and reporting
- Ensuring occupational health and safety requirements
- Interaction with warehouse, supply, quality, accounting and finance
Requirements for the candidateEducation
- Higher technical / technological / engineering education (preferably in the production profile)
Experience
- Experience in production - from 3-5 years
- Experience in managing a site / workshop / shift - from 2 years
Knowledge and skills
- Understanding production processes and technologies
- Basic principles of LEAN / 5S
- Planning, assignment of tasks, work with variable personnel
- Work with production documentation and BAS ERP/Excel/1C
- Analysis of indicators: productivity, shortage, downtime, use of raw materials
