We are looking for a strong manager who will take control of the garment production and ensure stable execution of plans, product quality and process efficiency.
Requirements:
- Professional education
- Experience in managing production or a large shop
- Ability to see bottlenecks in production
- Ability to work with indicators and respond for the result (production, % of defects, reduction of downtime, etc.)
- Management and organizational skills, systematicity, demandingness
Responsibilities:
- Management and planning of sewing work production
- Organization and control of the production process
- Selection, rotation and training of employees
- Control of compliance with labor discipline
- Quality control
- Maintenance of production documentation and reports
