We are looking for a strong manager who will take control of the garment production and ensure stable execution of plans, product quality and process efficiency.

Requirements:

• Professional education
• Experience in managing production or a large shop
• Ability to see bottlenecks in production
• Ability to work with indicators and respond for the result (production, % of defects, reduction of downtime, etc.)
• Management and organizational skills, systematicity, demandingness

Responsibilities:

• Management and planning of sewing work production
• Organization and control of the production process
• Selection, rotation and training of employees
• Control of compliance with labor discipline
• Quality control
• Maintenance of production documentation and reports
