Project Manager (IT, Telecom, B2B projects) in StreamTelecom

StreamTelecom is a Ukrainian telecom company that develops and implements solutions in the field of IP telephony, virtual PBX and business communications. We work with B2B clients and partners and are constantly expanding the team.

We are currently looking for a Project Manager to help manage technical projects for connecting customers and integrating our telecom solutions.

Main tasks:

• Management of B2B client and partner connection projects (integrations, SIP, PBX, communication channels);
• Planning deadlines and monitoring all stages of project implementation;
• Coordinating the work of the technical team and contractors;
• Communication with clients at all stages of project implementation;
• Control of compliance with SLA and quality of work;
• Risk management and prompt problem solving;
• Handover of completed projects into operation;
• Preparation of reports and project documentation.

Our candidate:

• Has experience as a Project Manager from 1-2 years (preferably in the IT or telecom sphere);
• Understands the principles of Internet networks and IP telephony;
• Able to manage several projects;
• Works well with deadlines and tasks;
• Has strong communication skills;
• Systematic, responsible and results-oriented.

Would be an advantage:

• Experience in the B2B segment;
• Technical background;
• Experience with project management systems (Jira, Trello or others);
• English language at B2 level or higher.
