Requirements for the candidate:

• work experience at a large sewing enterprise (from 100 candles), mass sewing!!!;
• confident knowledge and ability to use modern technologies and equipment in the field of sewing production;

Responsibilities:

• Selection of seamstresses or training of people without work experience.
• Management of the factory according to the production plan, adherence to schedules, fulfillment of shipment deadlines;
• Calculation of labor costs necessary for the launch of a new assortment;
• Organization of processes: launch, release, quality, shipment.
• Many unexpected challenges and their solutions.
