Subordinates to:General director of the managing company.

Subordinates:software, design, production, technical service, technical control, technological, supply, transport, warehouse, sales department. Total number: 80 employees.

Format of work: full-time, office work, flexible start of the working day.

Military-Tech group of companies invites an experienced and ambitious Executive Director for one of the companies specializing in the development, manufacture and sale of advanced simulators for military training. The company creates technological solutions combining mechanical and software parts and occupies a strong position in the market.  

You will become a leader who will ensure the further development and scaling of the business. duties:

• Development and implementation of the company's strategic development plans, including goals, KPIs and roadmaps.   Control over the implementation of decisions and achievement of goals.

• Effective management and organization of work of all divisions of the company. 

• Initiation and implementation of automation and process efficiency improvement projects.

• Formulation and control of budget execution, ensuring financial stability, analysis of financial indicators and implementation of corrective measures.

• Participation in the implementation and control of the quality management system

• Participation in the formation of an effective organizational structure.

• Creating a positive work environment and maintaining team motivation. 

• Formation of a corporate culture that promotes innovation and cooperation.

• Promoting the introduction of the latest technologies and solutions, stimulation of research and development.

• Establishing effective working relationships with the management company, internal and external partners.

• Representation of the company's interests at negotiations and events.

Requirements:

• Higher education.

• 15+ years of total work experience. 3+ years of experience in management positions (C-level).    

• Experience of managing companies that manufacture their own product (technological, combining mechanical and software parts).

• Deep knowledge in project management. 

• Understanding the principles of development and production of technological products.

• Strong leadership, strategic, analytical and communication skills.

• Orientation on innovation, results and efficiency.
