• Management and management of the operational activities of the department;
• Development and implementation of strategies for the effective implementation of solar power plant projects;
• Coordination of the work of the department team, including engineers, installation crews, project managers and other specialists;
• Control by compliance work schedules, budget, and construction quality;
• Establishing and maintaining relationships with suppliers, contractors, and other stakeholders;
• Reporting to management on project progress and goal achievement

You are our candidate, if you have:

• Experience in management positions in the construction of solar power plants for at least 5 years;
• Knowledge of the device and principle of operation of solar power plants or energy projects;
• li>Experience in the organization and implementation of construction projects;
• Technical education, energy, construction;
• Experience in team management, including motivation, development and evaluation staff;
• Knowledge of English at level B1 and above will be an advantage
