Requirements for our candidate:  

• Higher education
• Experience in developing and implementing KPI or other performance evaluation systems
• Experience with analytics tools and dashboards

Responsibilities of our candidate:

• adaptation of the KPI system for the development of personnel potential;
• implementation of the KPI system: planning and organization of the KPI implementation process, conducting training and consulting for the heads of anti-tuberculosis institutions in order to ensure understanding and effective use systems;
• monitoring and evaluation of performance: control of results after the implementation of the KPI system;
• providing recommendations to optimize processes and achieve target indicators;
• preparation of documentation: creation of reports , recommendations and procedural materials for the implementation and support of the KPI system.
