Main tasks: p>
Development and implementation of strategic plans department according to business objectives.
Managing the current SEO team of 8 TL and 50 SEO specialists, their development and motivation
Ensuring financial performance frombusiness
Interaction with external customers
Building effective interaction between different departments within the company
Building and process optimization
Development and implementation of a marketing strategy to promote the service
Public presentation of the company (speeches at conferences, interviews, networking)
What is important to us:
Successful work experience of 3+ years in the position of Head of SEO, Head of Digital or manager in a marketing agency
Experience managing a team of 10+ people
Have developed soft skills - to charge, listen and guide the team, lead the team
Strong presentation skills
Experience in negotiations with customers or investors
Be able to understand numbers, have experience in financial planning and responsibility withand financial indicators
Ability to quickly adapt to changes in market conditions and respond flexibly to challenges
